Welcome to Dokiphrases, a mobile application designed to help users learn Japanese through lessons, review sessions, daily quests, conversations, duels, and other learning activities. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dokiphrases application and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dokiphrases grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
Subscriptions
Dokiphrases may offer auto-renewing subscription plans, including monthly and yearly premium subscriptions.
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and platform.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable platform to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Pricing and Billing
Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and promotional offers.
The final price shown at checkout on the applicable store is the amount charged.
If a promotional offer or welcome offer is displayed, it applies only when the user is eligible for that offer.
Free and Premium Features
Dokiphrases may include both free and premium features.
Free and premium content may change over time, and we may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.
Some features may be limited to premium subscribers only.
Restore Purchases
If you have previously purchased a subscription, you may restore your purchase using the Restore Purchases option where available.
Restoring purchases is tied to the account used to complete the original purchase.
Refunds

Prohibited Uses
